Winter days in the heart of the Low Tatras have their own magic – after a day spent skiing or walking through the snowy nature, treat yourself to well-deserved relaxation in the wellness centre and sauna world. During your stay, you can look forward to a rich animation program for children, offering plenty of games, creative activities, and winter experiences.The highlight of your stay will be the New Year’s Eve Program held directly in the hotel’s restaurant area, where guests will enjoy an evening filled with music, dancing, excellent cuisine, and comfortable seating.

For reservations during the period from 13 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 and from 14 June 2026 to 29 August 2026

  • From the date of booking confirmation up to 14 days before the arrival date – no cancellation fee

  • 13 to 7 days before arrival – 50% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

  • 6 to 0 days before arrival – 100% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

For reservations during the period from 1 September 2025 to 21 December 2025 and from 30 August 2026 to 20 December 2026

  • From the date of booking confirmation up to 7 days before the arrival date – no cancellation fee

  • 6 to 4 days before arrival – 50% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

  • 3 to 0 days before arrival – 100% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

For reservations during the period from 22 December 2025 to 6 January 2026

  • From the date of booking confirmation up to 14 days before the arrival date – no cancellation fee

  • 13 to 0 days before arrival – 100% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

For reservations during the period from 7 January 2026 to 6 April 2026

  • From the date of booking confirmation up to 14 days before the arrival date – no cancellation fee

  • 13 to 7 days before arrival – 50% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

  • 6 to 0 days before arrival – 100% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services

For reservations during the period from 7 April 2026 to 11 June 2026

  • From the date of booking confirmation up to 7 days before the arrival date – no cancellation fee

  • 6 to 4 days before arrival – 50% of the total price of the booked and confirmed services
